I have been soooooooo busy lately…. too much work and no play haha…

Work has been crazy lately!! in a good way though, there’s good things that come with all this such as bonuses, company growth and of course my time also flies by while i sit at my desk and work my butt off. On a lighter note, i don’t know if i mentioned this before, im pretty sure i did somewhere but don’t remember where lol.. anyway, PC-BSD babe and i finally found a seamstress that started working on our costumes for LinuxWorld 2008 which will take place in San Francisco, CA on 08/04 – 08/07!! We will most likely be there on Tuesday the 5th and maybe even on Thursday the 7th, we’re not sure yet. This will be my very first time going to any event of this type so i must admit that im a little nervous but at the same time excited

Also, Matt O. and I have a little surprise coming out sometime soon!! you will see it around the time PC-BSD Fibonacci comes out which will be based on FreeBSD!! OMG i can’t wait to install this sweet edition on my comp!! YAY!!

Alright, i guess im gonna get back to work now, got so much to get done….

OMG!! No offense to anyone but Baycon was the funniest thing EVER!!! hahaha

I never thought i could have so much fun in such environment but im also not as close minded as i used to be.

For those who may not know, Baycon is the San Francisco Bay Area Regional Science Fiction and Fantasy Convention, it has been around since 1981 i believe, this year Baycon was in Santa Clara, CA at the Hyatt hotel.

It was like something i’ve never seen or experienced before lol… The whole third floor was the party floor and everywhere you turned there was all kinds of liquor, people in all sorts of costumes, girls making out, wasted people walking around… you name it. I must say that my favorite room was the “Klingons” room LOL, they had all kinds of weird mixed drinks such as warped water coolant, klingon blood wine and i forget what else…

Finally, me and some girl friends decided to go put our selves in the Klingon slave auction so we could raise some money for… i forget what… i must’ve been feeling the drinks by that time haha… then we had to hang out with the guy that won the bid for a whole hour but by the time we got to his room we decided to only stay there for a few minutes because the guy seemed a little on the weird side and was playing some gay ass Marilyn Manson shit.. but what can you expect when you hang out with a bunch of weirdos right?

By the end of the night i felt so sick from all those stupid neon green drinks i had and decided to head home for a good night sleep Im not sure if i will be attending baycon next year, but if i do it will be worth it, there’s nothing funnier than watching 500lb people dancing on the dance floor with their silly costumes or PJ pants with a bra getting their freak on HAHAHAHA…. Ok, i will stop making fun now
